Chinese export canton famille rose mug, mid-19th century.
Dimensions: Approximately 3” diameter x 4⅛” tall.
Decoration:
The rim is edged in gold.
The border is decorated with a pattern of colorful flowers and butterflies.
The body is decorated with a continuous domestic garden scene.
The intertwined handle has remnants of gilding.
The base is unmarked and is roughly potted.
