Dimensions: Approximately 7” x 5”.

Underglaze blue decoration.
Body in bombe form with Dallas coat of arms and floral and insect decoration. Finely molded intertwined handles .
Lid with similar decoration and berry and leaf finial.
The pattern is illustrated in Howard, “Chinese Armorial Porcelain”, V.1, p.591, which identifies the arms as those of Dallas of Cantray.
Repair to small glaze loss on rim of lid. Otherwise in excellent condition consistent with age and usage.
